So much fun!

Our two girls have been swimming with Nicky since our eldest was about 7 months old, and our main memory is just how much fun it has been to be able to watch and help them learn in their lessons with Eaubaby Swimming for the last ten years. Nicky’s teaching has brought out their aptitude in the water and given them so much confidence that they are both now little fish, and despite our eldest having a wobble in confidence when she was two, she will now go into any swimming lesson and have an amazing time!

The lifelong skill of loving water!

To have children that have been taught great swimming techniques from an early age is one thing, but for me, to have children who have been given the lifelong skill of loving water, the confidence to be in or under, & above all, brilliant water safety skills, is just the best. Nicky & Fiona had such a calming touch

A good start would be the very warm welcoming we had on entrance of the building. Everything explained thoroughly for the shoot and then taken through to get changed ready.

Nicky and Fiona had such a calming touch, and with all the children present, it was a shoot that was going to go at such ease. Not only did Fiona take charge of the babies which the photographer took the photos but Nicky helped myself individually with my daughter doing the submersions. If you want a relaxed, professional experience then this is definitely the booking for you

A big thank you for Saturday

I just wanted to message you to say a big thank you for Saturday.

My partner and I were amazed and impressed with the whole experience. Everything was thought through and the children were kept entertained and happy throughout the session.

The experience, guidance, and reassurance provided were amazing.

We cannot wait to see the photographs, and will be keeping an eye out for the 2025 photo shoot. I think Mabel would also like to join Arthur at your next shoot.

Thank you Nicky! Polly loves her robe. So special to have that to remember our journey with you and Fiona.

Thank you so much for being so amazing with all my children, they all love water, wouldn’t be the same without your foundations. I was thinking back to how accommodating you were with Hen when we were both figuring out what to do with swimming and her cleft palate. Seems a million years ago now.

As my son turned about 3 months old, a few people started asking me if I was going to take him swimming. The thought initially horrified me, as a self conscious mum who doesn’t particularly love swimming pool changing rooms! However, I knew that I wanted my son to learn how to swim so I did some research into local classes and, after several friends mentioned Eaubaby Swimming at Moreton, I decided to take the plunge (pardon the pun!) and booked us in for a term. One term, I thought, would be more than enough.

Well, three terms later, we’ve booked onto another term and I can’t imagine what our weeks would look like without our swimming lessons! We were immediately made to feel welcome and safe, with advice on the first lesson as to how to change baby whilst we’re all soaking after the swim, to what to wear and how to get into and out of the pool.

The lessons are so inclusive, friendly and supportive, and whether my son has been feeling poorly or not himself, Nicky has never failed to reassure and guide us, and my son has always come away happier and having enjoyed himself. Using well-known songs that have been adapted for the lessons and toys and balls that my son loves are such clever ways of allowing the little ones to have familiarity and learn such important skills easily. The lessons that my son has learned have been invaluable, in and out of the pool. From phrases like “ready breathe” that means he doesn’t mind having his hair washed in the bath, to “hold on”, to him being able to balance better and much more, I am so very grateful for all that my child has learned this year.

The professionalism, dedication and wisdom that Nicky and Fiona have shown have been second to none, and I couldn’t recommend these lessons more. Thank you!

The biggest thank you

Dear Fiona,

I just wanted to take the time to say the biggest thank you for being so pivotal in Penelope’s new attitude towards swimming. I remember speaking to you last summer when we had just left Waterbabies and my main hope was a child who wouldn’t cry through the whole session, let alone ask to splash in all the time!

It’s such a new feeling to be looking forward to swimming each week! I keep telling her we don’t need to come early anymore, but she keeps asking to so she can have splashing-in time! I’d happily write some comments for the website or your social media pages; is it best to send them over via email?

It’ll be Justin taking her this coming week, as I’ve got to work. I hope you have a super rest over Easter and enjoy some time doing lots of lovely things.

Well organised and real value for money

Our son has been attending Eaubaby swimming lessons since he was a few months old. He absolutely loves swimming and gets so excited before his lessons. He is confident in the water, is fine with going under water, lying on his back and getting his face wet and has no fear of the water at all. He has learned key survival skills already, confidence, language and has the foundations for learning to swim. It has also enabled us to feel confident taking him swimming and that he can be around water safely. The lessons are professional, fun and take in to account the individual needs of each child sensitively. They are the perfect length of time and well organised and we think represent real value for money. Highly recommend.

We loved our Ducklings lessons

S and I absolutely loved our Ducklings lessons. Fiona is a great teacher and we both quickly gained in confidence. It was also a fantastic bonding experience. Highly recommended.

Delighted with the progress

We have been delighted with the progress our children have made in their swimming lessons with Nicky. We all love our Sunday swimming and the children cannot wait to get in the pool – swimming lessons are never a chore with Nicky! Our children’s water confidence is incredible which is down to their lessons with eaubaby. My and husband and I are reassured by the fact that the children are not only having a fabulous time but are also learning a life skill at the same time. We look forward to many more happy hours in the pool

I cannot fault the service

Both my daughter and son have learnt to swim with Nicky at Eau baby and she is absolutely fantastic! I cannot fault the service, I’m more than happy and so are both my children. It’s great fun and teaches important skills, not only swimming but how to be safe and float! Highly recommend, phenomenal.

Absolutely loved the activities

I was a little apprehensive about taking my little boy Henry to swimming lessons at 4 months old as I didn’t know what to expect. Well, it’s safe to say that he’s a little water baby and has absolutely loved the activities in his weekly classes at the Moretons. He is getting more confident in the water each week (and so am I with him going underwater!) and it’s such a joy seeing him smiling and splashing – we’ve booked again for the next term!

In expert hands!

Absolutely fantastic first term with Eaubaby. Fiona makes you feel completely confident from the moment you take your baby into the water for the first time. Everything is thoroughly explained, and I had no doubt that my baby was in expert hands when learning to do his first underwater dive, a life long skill! Looking forward to continuing classes!

Nicky is very patient and supportive!

We started swimming with Nicky at the beginning of September with our 16 month old. Ava has come on leaps and bounds and Nicky is very patient and supportive. It really builds my confidence as well as Ava’s. It’s great that swimming lessons are on the weekend and the pool is always warm and environment clean.

We had a shop around for lessons and Eaubaby turned out to be the most reasonable in our area, Nicky is fantastic with my little boy we look forward to it every Sunday!
